Stuart Miller (Kilmanrock Barassie) had a 2 & 1 win at home to John Haggarty )Loudoun) and now visits title holder Craig Hamilton (Ballochmyle) for a place in the semi finals.
Also through to the last eight is Paul Denim (Loudoun), following a 5 & 4 win at home to Scott Wilson (Kilmarnock Barassie) in the third round. In the quarter finals Paul Denim will visit either Sam Findlater (Braehead) or Steven Stamper (Turnberry)
All remaining third round matches are due for completion by Sunday the 18th of July.
