Prestwick St Cuthbert had a 2-1 home win over Skelmorlie to book an away tie against Tam O Shanter in the last four, while Auchenharvie 88 had a 2-1 win at home to Troon St Meddans and will now travel to play Troon Portland for a place in the final.
The two semi finals are due to be completed by the 30th of August, with the final scheduled to take place during Finals day at Ardeer on Sunday the 6th of September.
