With the chance to overtake Louodun at the top of the table, Royal Troon hosted west Kilbride on Wednesday the 23rd of July, but a fine performance by the visitors saw them win three ties and secure half points in two others for a 4-2 victory, which also boosted their own slim hopes of the 2026 Division 2 title.
