CAMERON CORBETT VASE - Harvey Broadfoot retains prestigious trophy at Haggs Castle.

Harvey Broadfoot (Royal Troon) retained the prestigious Cameron Corbett Vase when the 2026 championship was held at Haggs Castle GC over the weekend of the 4th and 5th of July.

The Scottish Golf Order of Merit counting event, played over 72 holes, is one of the major annual amateur competitions played in Scotland.

After opening rounds of 67 and 73 on the Saturday, Harvey started the third round  one stroke behind the leader David Lindsay (Lenzie) but a course record equalling third round of 65 saw Harvey take a four shot lead into the final round ahead of  Scottish international Sam Mukherjee (Gullane). A solid final round of 70, 1 under par, saw Harvey retain the trophy he won for the first time in 2025, by a three shot margin over Sam Mukherjee, with a four round total of 275, nine under par.

A second successive title win saw Harvey emulate recent repeat winners, Daniel Young (Craigie Hill), James Morgan (Longniddry), and Ed Wood (Crow Wood) in back to back triumphs, while to date no player has won the Cameron Corbett Vase three years in succession.
