HOME INTERNATIONALS - Freya Russell named in team for 2026 event in ireland

Freya Russell (Royal Troon) is the only Ayrshire player selected to take part in the 2026 Home Internationals which will be held in Ireland at Woodbrook Golf Club, County Wicklow from the 4th to the 6th of August.

The four home nations will contest a combined trophy, with the traditional trophies also being played for, with the men competing for the Raymond Trophy and the women playing for the Miller International Shield.

The event format is seven morning foursomes, four men’s and three women’s, and 14 afternoon singles, eight men’s and six women’s, on each of three days.
