TROON ST MEDDANS OPEN - Entries now being taken for Doc Thom Order of Merit event

Entries are now being taken for the 2021 Troon St Meddans Open, a counting event for the Doc Thom Ayrshire Order of Merit.

The event takes place on Saturday the 7th of August over the Troon Lochgreen course. Entry fee is £10.00 and there are prizes in three handicap classes as well as other novelty prizes.

Entries will not be accepted without accompanied entry fee.

 Classes: 0-9 , 10-18 and 19-28

 Prizes in each class’ (Vouchers):

1^st - £120, 2^nd - £80, 3^rd - £60, 4^th - £40, 5^th – £30, 6^th – 20, 7^th - £10

 Plus:

Optional sweep for lowest nett score and 2’s

And prizes for:

Beat the pro (6^th hole)

Closest to the pin (10^th hole)

Closest to the pin in 2  (17^th hole)

Entry Sheet can be found in the pro shop located at Troon Links. Please fill out the information and leave a cheque made payable to Troon St Meddans golf club with the pro shop staff.

 C.O.N.G.U. handicap indexes apply. All ties will be decided on the best inward half. No competitor may win more than one prize. The committee reserves the right to adjust the prize fund dependent on the number of entries. Members must be members of C.O.N.G.U. affiliated clubs. The organising committee’s decision will be final with all matters. ENTRIES CLOSE Saturday July 24^th  2021. Entries can only be accepted if accompanied by the entry fee.
