Scotland were well beaten 9.5-2.5 by Netherlands in their final match of the Boys Under 16 Quadrangular International series, and ultimately finished third with 2pt at Hilton Templepatrick Golf Club, Northern Ireland today, Friday 1st April.

The writing was on the wall for the Scots when they lost the foursomes 3.5 to 0.5.
The Dutch lads clinched the title with three wins out of three by taking the final set of singles 6-2.
The only Scottish winners on the final day were Lewis Irvine and Cameron Dunn.
Ireland beat Wales 7.5 to 4.5 in the other Day 3 match.
