Two more clubs have booked their place in round two of the 2016 Ayrshire Fourball Championship this week.Gilbert & Paul Ferguson (Troon Welbeck) used home advantage to secure a 5 & 4 win over Thomas Reilly & Robert McNeil (Irvine Ravenspark) and are now at home to Stewarton in the second round.
Also through are Greg Jarvie & David Parker (Crosshouse) who had a home win over Francis McNeillie & Grant Wilson (Ayr Seafield) to progress. The Crosshouse duo are away to Saxone in the second round.
The remaining two first round ties, featuring Alton Vs Prestwick St Nicholas and Glacier Vs Drongan, are due for completion by Sunday 24th April
