There is still everything to play for as the four Ayrshire
Scratch Leagues near their conclusion, and the title destinations and play off
places become a little clearer.
In DIVISION 1, league champions Prestwick St Cuthbert
completed their matches for the season on Friday night with a 3 – 3 draw at
home to Kilmarnock Barassie, a result which eased Kilmarnock Barassie a little
further away from the division 1-2 play-off position.
Irvine consolidated their second place position with a 5.5 –
0.5 win at their near neighbours Irvine Ravenspark, who are already destined
for Division 2 next season, whilst Turnberry boosted their survival hopes with a 4-2 home win over Loudoun on Sunday afternoon.
