Seven Ayrshire players competed in the East Of Scotland Seniors Open at Edzell last week, which was won by Graham Bell (Downfield) with a total of 143.
Windy conditions in conjunction with firm greens and surrounds made for tricky scoring conditions with CSS rising to 74 r/o for the first round and 73 for the second round.
Top Ayrshire player for the 3rd time this year was Royal Troon member Paul Moultrie who finished tied 24th with a gross aggregate of 152.

The next event, the West of Scotland Seniors, is on home soil at West Kilbride 0n the 30th June and 1st July.
