A place in the last eight of the 2016 Ayrshire Fourball Championship has been secured by David Sloan & John Barr Jr. (Doon Valley).The Doon Valley duo beat Alexander Irvine & Mark Thompson (Annanhill) by 4 & 3 at Doon Valley in their third round clash.
Sloan and Barr now travel to meet Mike Hazlewood & Keith McKenzie (Ayr Neptune) in the quarter finals.
