Robert McClure & Scott Brown (Kilbirnie Place) and Mike Hazlewood & Keith McKenzie (Ayr Neptune) are the latest club teams through to the quarter finals of the 2016 Ayrshire Fourball Championship.In the third round the Kilbirnie team were at home to Andrew MacLeod & Martin O'Brien (Rowallan Castle) and won through to the last eight with a 2 & 1 victory.
In the quarter finals, the Kilbirnie Place duo face a trip to either Prestwick St Nicholas or Crosshouse.
The Ayr Neptune duo were at home to David Queen & Iain Riddex (West Kilbride) in the third round and won through by 2 & 1 to set up a home tie against either Doon Valley or Annanhill in the quarter finals.
All outstanding third round ties are due for completion by Sunday 26th June.
