The quarter final line up for the 2017 Ayrshire Fourball Championship was confirmed this week with the submission of the results of the three outstanding ties last weekend.Gordon & Iain McKenzie (Annanhill) were 6 & 5 home winners over Robert Martin & Andrew McMoreland (Ayr Carrick) in round three, and are now at home to David Addison & Philip Rooney (Rowallan Castle), who defeated Archie McKie & Archie McKie (Irvine Ravenspark) to progress.
The other remaining tie saw Ian Smith & Steven Miller (Troon Welbeck) beat Robert Liddell & William Smith (Caprington) by 5 & 4 to set up a quarter final trip to Skelmorlie.
