Kilbirnie recorded a 3 - 0 away win against Tam O Shanter in their quarter final tie to move into the last four, where they will be away from home against either Moorpark or Rowallan Castle.
The other semi final sees Drongan or Saxone at home to Brunston Castle.
The remaining two quarter final ties are due to be completed by 24th July.
