Three of the four semi finalists who will contest the Ayrshire Champion Of Champions Trophy competition over Royal Troon on Friday 5th August are now confirmed.Gary Steele (Brunston Castle) had a notable home win in the quarter finals, beating Craig Hamilton (Ballochmyle) by the narrowest of margins on the final green.
With Paul Denim (Loudoun) already through to the last four alongside Gary Steele, they were joined by Sandy Riddell (Skelmorlie) who won at the first extra hole in his home tie against Robbie Stewart (Troon Portland).
In the semi final, Paul Denim will face Sandy Riddell whilst Gary Steele will play the winner of the quarter final tie between Martin Moore (Tam O Shanter) and John Sloan (Doon Valley).
The outstanding quarter final tie is due to be completed by 24th July.
