AYRSHIRE CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS - Paul Denim first into semi finals

Paul Denim (Loudoun) is the first player to book his place in the semi finals of the 2016 Ayrshire Champion Of Champions Trophy competition.

Away from home in the quarter finals against Gordon Johnston (Kilbirnie Place), Denim secured his place in the last four with a win at the first extra hole.

Denim now awaits the winner of the quarter final tie between Sandy Riddell (Skelmorlie) and Robbie Stewart (Troon Portland).

Both semi finals will be played over the old course at Royal Troon on Friday 5th August.
