BOYS AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP - 3 Ayrshire players in starting line up

Ayrshire will have three representatives in the 2012 Boys Amateur Championship when the event is held at Notts and Coxmoor from 14th to 19th August.

2011 Ayrshire Boys Strokeplay and Matchplay Champion Callum Beveridge (Troon Welbeck) begins his bid at 1434 on Tuesday 14th over the Notts course, with his second round being the following day  at Coxmoor, starting at 1028.

David Wilson
Also starting at Notts on Tuesday 14th is 2011 Scottish Boys Champion David Wilson (Troon Welbeck) who begins his title bid at 1445. Wilson's second round, at Coxmoor on Wednesday 15th, begins at 1039.

Euan Walker
The third Ayrshire player bidding for the title is the new Ayrshire Boys Champion Euan Walker (Kilmarnock Barassie). He starts on Tuesday 14th at 1112 on the Coxmoor course, with his second round over the Notts course being at 0711 on Wednesday 15th.

The opening two rounds are strokeplay with the top 64 players thereafter progressing to 18  holes matchplay throughout the rest of the week, with a 36 hole final on Sunday 19th.
