SCOTTISH GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP - Four Ayrshire girls through to matchplay stages

With the second qualifying round of the 2012 Scottish Girls Championship at the Crail Golfing Society Craighead course being cancelled on Wednesday, the first round scores were used to determine the qualifiers for the matchplay stages.

Connie Jaffrey (Troon Ladies) led a group of four Ayrshire girls amongst the 32 qualifiers, taking the second qualifying place. 

Also into the matchplay are Katie McGarva (Troon Ladies) as well as Emma Hale (Troon Ladies and Rachel Irvine (Largs), who meet each other in Thursday morning's first round.
