Scotland lost narrowly to Ireland on day 2 of the Home Internationals at Gganton on Thursday 15 August, despite leading 3 - 2 going into the singles.

In the other match, England hammered wales 11 - 4 after losing the morning foursomes by 3 - 2.

Scotland take on England on the final day on Friday.
