The 2022 Ayrshire Boys Matchplay Championship final will be a family affair, and will create a little history, when Harvey & Jack Broadfoot play off for the title at Prestwick Golf Club on Thursday the 11th of August, the first occasion that two siblings have reached the final of the event in the same year.In the semi finals held on Wednesday the 10th of August at Prestwick GC, Harvey, the defending champion, eased through to the final with a 5 & 4 victory over Jamie Hay (Ayr Belleisle), whilst Jack secured a single hole victory on the final green over Jack Ramsay (Kilmarnock Barassie).
