AYRSHIRE SCRATCH LEAGUES - Ravenspark, Barassie and Girvan sign off for 2014 season

Irvine Ravenspark, Kilmarnock Barassie and Girvan completed their fixtures in the 2014 Ayrshire Scrratch Leagues this week.

In DIVISION 1, Kilmarnock (Barassie) finished their campaign with a 4 - 2 home win over Irvine Ravenspark, to ensure that they will stay in Division1 for next season.

Ravenspark's defeat means they will have to await the outcome of other matches to determine which division they will be in in 2015. Ballochmyle can ensure their safety in their final match if they can defeat Troon Welbeck away from home, although Welbeck, with three matches remaining, require at least two wins and a draw from their match against Ballochmyle and two away matches at Loudoun and Irvine to make sure of survival in the division.

Defending champions Loudoun can still retain their title with wins in their remaining matches at home to Troon Welbeck and Irvine, although they would also require Troon Welbeck to secure a result at Irvine in their remaining fixtre there.
