Hosted by the Glasgow Golf Union this year, entry to the 36 hole strokeplay competiton costs £10 and the handicap limit is 12.
The 16 best placed players in the strokeplay championship will go forward to contest the matchplay championship at the same cours on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th July.
