The Ayrshire Golf Association is committed to ensuring that golf is accessible to everyone in our community, and as part of the process The Association has adopted a code of conduct for both our junior players and their responsible guardians.
This process aims to ensure that all parties clearly understand the expected standards of conduct and behaviour during Ayrshire Golf Association events, and those of our member clubs.
From 2026, all juniors and parents or responsible persons are being requested to read and agree to their respective codes of conduct before any player registration is approved for Ayrshire Golf Association events, including team matches.
The Association will securely retain this information and ensure its deletion at the end of each playing year.
the relevant form needs to be completed in respect of each individual on only one occasion each year.
