The Ayrshire A team's season preparations continued on sunday the 12th of April with a match at Largs GC against a team of local professional golfers, several of whom were also former Ayrshire county players.
The ten a side match consisted of singles ties, while each group also contested a fourball betterball match within their groupling at the same time.
In the event, the Ayrshire team narrowly won the match by 8.5 - 6.5
