Women golfers who are members of the 67 Ayrshire Golf Association affiliated clubs are invited to enter the 2026 Ayrshire Women's Strokeplay Championship which takes place at Annanhill golf course in Kilmarnock on Sunday the 7th of June.
Trophies and substantial voucher prizes will be competed for on both a scratch and handicap basis on the day, and there will be additional nearest the hole prize vouchers on selected holes.
The entry fee for the event is £10 and the handicap index limit to take part is 36.0.
Any women member of any of the 67 Ayrshire Golf Association member clubs in Ayrshire can enter the event and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
In addition, the eight players returning the best scratch scores in the championship will go forward to contest the Ayrshire Women's Matchplay Championship later in June.
Entries are being accepted in two ways this year.
Players can enter by completing the traditional paper entry form and returning it to the organisers.

How to enter on the Scottish Golf App
Go to the Events tab. Change the club to Ayrshire Golf Association on the drop down menu and select ‘OPEN’ on the right hands side. Chose your competition then click on the basket on the top right-hand side. Then select your preferred zone and continue to payment.
