AYRSHIRE FOURBALL CHAMPIONSHIP - Semi-finals line up confirmed

The line up for the semi-finals of the 2024 Ayrshire Fourball Championship has been confirmed with all the quarter final ties being completed recently.

In the first semi-final Scott Goldie & Alan Purvis (Annanhill) will host Steven Murray and Andrew Watt (Caprington).

The Annanhill pair won their home quarter final against John Cowan & Gary Blane (Ayr Carrick) by 6&4 while the caprington pair went through to the semi finals by the same score in their away tie in the quarter finals against Stuart Reid & Steven Gallacher (Routenburn).

In the second semi-final John Robertson Jr. & Colin Garrett (Tam O Shanter) will host Kieron Gallagher & Bruce Harris (Golf South Ayrshire).

The Tam O Shanter and Golf South Ayrshire pairings were at home to Alan & Stuart Gray (Loudoun) and Alan Miller & Daniel Ross (Portmann) in their respective quarter-finals and both won through at the first extra hole to book their semi final places.

The semi finals are due to be completed by the 25th of August with the final scheduled to take place during Finals day at Ballochmyle on Sunday the 1st of September.
