The first results in the 2019 Ayrshire Fourball Championship have been posted, with one first round and one second round match having been played recently.In the first round Donald Campbell & Alan Stewart of Ayr Belleisle had a 2&1 home win over Ron Low & Jimmy Lambie of Prestwick St Nicholas to progress to round two, where they will be away against either Glacier or Muirkirk.
In the second round the New Cumnock pairing of John McGinn & James Brown returned with a 3&2 victory from their visit to play David McDowall & Sean Pollock of Stewarton.
In the third round the New Cumnock pairing will be at home to either Doon Valley or Braehead.
