Hazel McGarvie (Troon Ladies) finished joint third in the 2015 S.L.G.A. Under 16 Open Strokeplay Championship at Stratchmore on 9th and 10th April.
The Troon youngster returned rounds of 70 and 72 for a two under par total of 142 to share third place with Emily Price (Cleobury Mortimer GC), four behind second placed Shannon McWilliam (Aboyne) and seven behind the winner Hollie Muse (West Lancashire GC)
The only other Ayrshire player in the field was Louise Duncan (West Kilbride) who finished on 172 with rounds of 82 and 90.
