Scott Brown (Prestwick St Cuthbert) had a 7&6 win over Barry McDonnell (Stewarton) over the St Cuthbert course and will now be away to either Steven McEwan (Caprington) or Chris hewitson (Wallacetown) in round three.
Iain Macfarlane (Prestwick St Nicholas) won away from home against Lee Kirkland (Muirkirk) and will visit either Alan Miller (Portmann) or Lewis Higgins (Artdeer) in the third round.
A walkover for Robert Adams (Abbotsford) against Robert Jolly (New Cumnock) sets up a home tie in round three against either John R Anderson (Skelmorlie) or Gary Jordan (Annanhill)
David Currie (Royal Troon) had a 4&3 win over his home course against Michael McCallum (North Beach) and will be at home again in the third round against Neil Clapperton (Ballochmyle) who had a walkover in round two against George Paton (Troon Merchants)
The remaining second round ties are due to be completed by the 24th of May.
