Ayrshire interest in the Scotland teams contesting the Senior European Team Championships this week, from 1st to 5th September, lies with Royal Troon Duo Robert Jenkins and Paul Moultrie.
The Senior Men's European Team Championship is at Cabot Bordeaux in France where the Scotland team will contest the championship with 15 other European nations, and are seeking to repeat their 2016 success in the event.
The senior men’s team is:-
Allan Cameron (Royal Dornoch), Ronnie Clark (Erskine), Mark Halliday (Royal Aberdeen), Bryan Innes (Murcar Golf Links) Robert Jenkins (Royal Troon) and Paul Moultrie (Royal Troon).
Ayrshire have no representatives in the corresponding Senior Women's European Team Championship being held at the same time at the BlackseaRama Resort in Bulgaria.
The senior women’s team is:-
Alison Davidson (Stirling), Louise Fraser (Kingsknowe), Gillian Kyle (East Renfrewshire), Jillian Lough (Eyemouth), Karen Marshall (Baberton) and Elaine Moffat (St Regulus).
The two reserves making up the eight-man squad are Steven Armstrong (Turnhouse) and Derek Paton (Dunnikier Park).
