Walker had the fourth best score for Missouri who won the team title by 27 strokes from Cleveland State and McNeese State, both on 860. There were 14 teams in the field.
The Ayrshire man finished seven shots behind the individual winner, Andrew Bailey (Cleveland State) (77-70-71 for 207).
Two of Walker's new team-mates finished second and third - Ryan Zech (68-70-70) in second place on 208 and Spanish student Emilio Cuartero (69-74-66) in third place on 209.

Euan Walker from Troon, a freshman student at the University of Missouri, finished T9 in a field of 75 players on his debut on the US college circuit.
