The fledgling Scottish Ladies Golf Tour comes to the West coast at the end of this month, giving Ayrshire players the opportunity to test their skills against professionals in two tournaments that are almost on the doorstep of the county.
With a number of notable performances this year in all levels of women's amateur and professional golf from local players, it would be good to see some local involvement in the two events, at Haggs Castle and Drumpellier on 30 September and 1 October respectively.
Further information can be obtained from tournament director Nicola Melville on 07816 353434, with more info on the following article taken from the www.kirkwoodgolf.co.uk website
