SGU JUNIOR TOUR - EVENT 2 - Third place for Walker at Rowallan Castle

Euan Walker (Kilmarnock Barassie) just missed out at the SGU Junior Tour Event 2, held at Rowallan Castle on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June, finishing in third place.

Walker returned rounds of 78 and 67 for a three over par score of 145, leaving him just one shot off the winning total set by Connor Syme of Dumfries & County (73/71) and Calum Hill of Tantallon (75/69)

Stuart Easton (Irvine), the only other Ayrshire player to make the halfway cut, finished in joint eighth place on 151, nine over par, after rounds of 82 & 69.
