A number of issues arose throughout the season in relation to matches being postponed, abandoned or awarded to competing teams. These issues will be discussed by tournament organisers over the coming months and rules alterations may be considered for introduction before the 2013 competition gets under way, to try to erradicate uncompleted matches in the Scratch League competitions.

Information will be circulated to all Ayrshire Golf Association member clubs before the end of the year regarding the Scratch Leagues, Champion Of Champions and Fourball Knockout competitions and clubs who have not previously entered any of the three competitions are welcome to consider submitting entries for the 2013 events.
