Largs and Ardeer both progressed following 2-1 home wins over Ballochmyle and Tam O Shanter respectively, whilst Rowallan Castle and Kilmarnock Barassie were awarded walkovers from Turnberry and Kilbirnie Place.
Irvine and Skelmorlie were also home winners in the third round, with Irvine beating Girvan 3-0 and Skelmorlie beating Irvine Ravenspark by 2.5-05, whilst Prestwick St Cuthbert had a 2-1 away win over Ayr Belleisle to secure their place in the last eight.
