Four more clubs are through to the quarter finals of the 2018 Ayrshire Fourball Championship.Paul & Sam Steven (Prestwick St Nicholas) won by 2&1 on their visit to Stephen Hannah & Chris Bradley (Ayr Belleisle), and will now visit either Ayr Dalmilling or Tam O Shanter in the next round.
Former winners George & David McCulloch (Brunston Castle) will host Kevin & Stephen Thomas (Troon Welbeck) in the last eight after the Brunston Castle pair had a single hole home win over Kirk Ramsay & Jeremy Gittind (Redburn) in the third round whilst the Troon Welbeck duo progressed courtesy of a 2&1 win on their visit to play Johnathan & Craig Wallace (Caprington).
Christopher Murray & Cameron McLean (West Kilbride) had a crushing 6&5 away win against Ian & Steven King (Irvine) in round three and will be away to either Ayr Neptune or Braehead in the last eight.
The remaining two third round ties are due to be completed by 24th June.
