Teams continue to fight it out in the Ayrshire Handicap
league qualifying sections, bidding for a place in the semi finals towards the
end of the season.
In SECTION A, Royal Troon lead following a 4.5 – 1.5 home
win over Moorpark in their latest fixture, which maintained their 100% record
so far.
Kilmarnock (Barassie) secured their first points of the
campaign with a 5.5 – 0.5 win at Troon Merchants, whilst Loudoun maintained
their hopes of qualification with a 4 – 2 win at home to Ayr Dalmilling.

Rowallan Castle maintained their 100% record with a 5.5 – 0.5 home win over
Redburn in their second fixture of the year.
In the other result posted recently, Redburn maintained
their challenge with a 4 – 2 home win over Prestwick St Nicholas.
