AYRSHIRE HANDICAP LEAGUES - Auchenharvie on the brink of semi finals

Auchenharvie 88 have all but clinched a place in the semi finals of the Ayrshire Handicap League Championship following victory in their final Section C match this week.

Playing at home to Troon Merchants, Auchenharvie won 5.5 – 0.5 to move clear at the top of the table.

With only three fixtures still to be played in the section, the only club that can now match the Auchenharvie points total is Braehead, but only victories by a convincing margin in their remaining two matches, at home to Ailsa Craig and away to Prestwick St Cuthbert,  would prevent Auchenharvie progressing to the last four.
