The Ayrshire Youths team lost their final West Of Scotland Inter County League match of the season to Renfrewshire at Ayr belleisle on Sundau 18th October, going down by 5 - 3 to their visitors.Sandy Buchanan and Jordan fraser won the opening two ties but defeats for Luke Murdoch, Robbie Fitzpatrick and Ally berry left the home side trailing 3 - 2 with three ties remaining. Renfrews edged closer to a win when David Wilson lost in the anchor match but a 2 & 1 win by Murray McCrone kept Ayrshire hopes alive, before Renfrewshire secured the win when Sandy walker lost on the final green.
