Michael Stewart (Troon Welbeck) was one of the top performers for Scotland in the second strokeplay qualifying round for the European Boys Team Championship on Wednesday.
A two under par 70 from Stewart, along with a three under par 69 from James Byrne went a long way to ensuring the Scots secured a top eight place in the competition.
As the competition now progresses to matchplay, Scotland face second seeds Italy on Thursday.
