Scott Ainsworth (Ardeer) received a walkover from John Doolan (Ayr Carrick) and now hosts either Sean Hainey (Prestwick Centre) or Kevin O'Neill (Alton) in round 2.
Paul Denim (Loudoun) went to the third extra hole on his visit to play Gavin Chesney (Kilbirnie) before winning through to round 2, where he will be at home to either Stuart Robin (Rowallan Castle) or Craig Menzies (Muirkirk)
