Graham Fox (Clydeway Golf) secured the West Of Scotland Winter Golf Association Order Of merit title at Prestwick Golf Club on Wednesday 11 March with a superb score of 72 in wet and windy conditions.
Going out 34 with three birdies and 2 bogeys, Fox negotiated the harder inward half in 38, recording two birdies and four bogeys for his one over par total.
In the amateur event, for the J.R. Mackay Trophy, John Lappin (Troon Portland took the honours wirh a nett 74, edging out Ayrshire Golf Association Vice President John Rushbury by a single shot.
