All first round ties in the 2018 Ayrshire Fourball Championship are due for completion by Sunday 22nd April, with the result of four ties still outstanding.A number of matches have been completed in the last week.
Adam Cambers & Tony McCurdie (Ayr Dalmilling) had a 7&6 home win over Stuart Campbell & William Hutchison (Ayr Seafield) to set up a visit to Largs Routenburn in round two.
Martin Brown & Stevie Knox (Malletsheugh) won by 3&2 against their visitors David Macleod & Euan Campbell (Rowallan Castle) and will now travel to either Ayr Belleisle or Prestwick St Cuthbert in round two.
In the other match played recently, Brian Kennedy & Graham Campbell (Loudoun) had a 3&2 away win against James Donohoe & Ian Paterson (Auchenharvie 88) and will be at home to either Prestwick St Nicholas or The Chase in the second round.
