The Ayrshire A team begin their defence of the West Of Scotland Inter County League Championship, which they have won for the last two years, on Sunday 17th September with a home game against Stirlingshire at Prestwick St Cuthbert.The first match in the five match series starts at 11.00 a.m.
The other A team fixtures in the five week programme, which all start at 11.00 a.m unless otherwise stated, are :-
Sunday 24th September - Away to Lanarkshire at Crow Wood (12 noon start)
Sunday 1st October - Away to Renfrewshire at Paisley
Sunday 8th October - Home to Dumbartonshire at Prestwick St Nicholas
Sunday 15th october - Away to Glasgow at Sandyhills
The Ayrshire youth team also begin their bid for the West Of Scotland Inter County Youths title, which they last won in 2013, on Sunday 17th September.
The opening match for the youths is away to Stirlingshire at Callander, starting at 11.00 a.m..
