CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS TROPHY - two more through to last sixteen.

Two more players have booked their place in the last sixteen of the 2017 Ayrshire Champion Of Champions Trophy competition.

Kieran Clark (Braehead) got the better of Shaun Ryan (Ayr Dalmilling) in their local derby, winning by 3 & 2 to secure a home tie in the next round against either Tom Reid (Stewarton) odr David Macdonald (Largs)

Also through is Graeme Gimson (Prestwick St Cuthbert) who won at home by 3 & 2 against Martin Moore (Tam O Shanter) to secure a third round tie away from home against Ayrshire Golf Association Past President James McMurdo (Ballochmyle)

There are ten second round ties still to be completed by the closing date, Sunday 14th May.
