SCOTTSIH BOYS OPEN STROKEPLAY CHAMPIONSHIP - Stewart Leads Ayrshire challenge

Scottish Boys Champion Michael Stewart (Troon Welbeck) is one of eight Ayrshire players who will tee off in the 2008 Scottish Boys Open Strokeplay Championship at Blairgowrie (Lansdowne) from 22nd to 24th July.

Stewart will be bidding to capture a second national title of the season, in the event in which he lost in a play off for the title 12 months ago.

Fellow boys internationalist Kyle Smith (Kilmarnock Barassie) is also in the field, as well as current Ayrshire Junior Order Of Merit leader Scott Brown (Turnberry).

Details of first round tee time, on 22nd July, involving Ayrshire players are :-
