The Ayrshire junior Elite and Development squads had their first on course coaching sessions of 2026 at Prestwick Golf Club on Sunday the 8th of February.
The morning session with the elite group, under the direction of Ayrshire coaches David Fleming and Richard Gordon, saw the players on the practice ground with individual slots with the coaching team, before going onto the course to play a few holes, monitored by the coaches and team managers.
Both groups have four more sessions scheduled over the next few weeks, inpreparation for the forthcoming season.
The association are very grateful to Prestwick Golf Club for their contuinued support of the coaching delivery, providing the facilities to enable the county coaches to develop the squads and prospective team members for the future.
