Roger Thyne & Alastair Brown of Kilmarnock Barassie are the first pairing to secure a quarter final place in the 2006 Ayrshire Fourball competition.
The Barassie duo had a 3 & 2 win over their visitors from Glacier, John Elliot & Stephen Kirk, to reach the last eight.
