For the first time since joining the Ayrshire Junior Golf League in 1988, West Kilbride will appear in the League Championship final on Sunday 18th September at Caprington, when they will meet the defending champions, Ardeer.
In the Semi Final tie, West Kilbride went into the home tie at the weekend with a 4 - 2 defecit after their first leg visit to Ballochmyle, but home advantage helped the West Kilbride team to a 5 - 1 home win for a 7 - 5 aggregate win in the semi final tie.
The final on Sunday 18th Septemnber, at Caprington, tees off at 1000 hrs, and spectators are welcome to come and support both finalists.
