The Ayrshire team tasked with defending the Scottish Senior Men's Area Team Championship title at the 2025 event on Tuesday the 12th of August at Glasgow Gailes has been named.
Four of the team who won the title for Ayrshire for the first time at Monifieth Links in 2024 return this year, Robert Jenkins (Royal Troon), Paul Moultrie (Royal Troon), George Robertson (Irvine) and Andy Marshall (Prestwick St Nicholas) all being selected for the 2025 team.
Also selected this year are John Rushbury (Royal Troon) and Stuart Miller (Kilmarnock Barassie).
Five scores from six will count for the team total, with the sixth score being used in the event of a tie to determine the winners.
